My understanding of the majority leftist energy position is that renewables like solar are preferable to burning hydrocarbons because of a lower lifetime environmental footprint. Do you have a different understanding of how leftists think?
of course it’s a troll, but it’s true. Mining for material and manufacturing solar panels is incredibly dirty, and the massive water use to clean them all the time is not environmentally friendly.
