It’s been two years since I’ve sold my himmy, if it had more power I’d never let it go!

what did you end up getting if you wanted more power but miss the himmy?

she looks sweet but being even slower than my KLR was a non starter. and if i can eventually afford to get like an africa twin or something, i dunno if ill ever look back

I bought a versys 300x, had for about six months and didn’t like at all, sold that and bought a bms 310 gs, which I am happily riding for two years now.
I am planning to get a motoguzzi v85tt sometime in the future but I have to get my A license before I do that.

oh ya that makes more sense then. ya im in the states so no levels to deal with. they’ll toss ya the keys to anything once you’re licensed up

the motoguzzi is a sweet bike to be hopeful for. thats gonna be real fun. and the 310 is also real sweet

Yeah the little beamer has been great so far! And it seems crazy to me that you can get a license at 17 and they just let you get like, an H2, even after riding for five years I wouldn’t trust myself with a litre bike!

lol 16 where i grew up

and ya dude when you really think about it, its fkn nuts. when i was a kid (not even that old, I’m like mid 30s), you could get a moto license at 16 and ride with no protection, on any bike you could afford

its no wonder bikes are now called “donorcycles” haha

tho i cannot deny the appeal of a liter bike…i think im in the same camp haha. 600 might be my limit

I checked one out at an event once. Seemed like a really solid bike to be. Especially for the money! If only it wasn´t so weak…

On the other hand, the slow speed makes the limited space we can ride much bigger 😁
