@MayonnaiseArch@rhythmisaprancer just tried it against quick share, but it took a while compared to quick share(same file, same wifi network) any reason why?
My main use case is with folks who have Apple phones. LocalSend has interoperability there. I cannot speak to Android-Android transfers with it, but have used the nearby share in the past.
@MayonnaiseArch@rhythmisaprancer nearby share is just as fast as local share. I dont know what samsung is doing but quick share is almost double the speed
I’m not sure, I can’t use samsung things, but localsend maxes out my wifi, so… maybe it would be slower compared to the samsung thing if I had better wifi?
