Really any solution that doesn’t end in genocide has to start with the US actually doing something other than enabling.
US adminstrations (quite independently of whatever party mask they wear) have a long tradition of supporting “they’re Nazis but they’re our Nazis” governments (remember Pinochet or even Saddam when he was “our guy”) and there really is no reason to expect they would change now.
You see this relativisation of Evil all around, by the way: notice how Germany’s “Never again” turns out to really be “Jews are just like us” rather than “This should never be done again to anybody, anywhere” hence their sanctioning of Russia - who are targetting “people like us” - right next to their “unwavering support” of the Fascists targetting “those not like us” (or, as they call them over there, “human animals”).

Israel can just invade the Netherlands and liberate its defendants, leaving no other survivors. The US (which has a Hague Invasion Act covering any of its own citizens in the event of such a trial) would provide logistical support, either openly or tacitly, and the IDF could use German air bases for staging.
The Netherlands would invoke article 5 of NATO in that case. I don’t think such an action would end well at all.
Either the USA or Germany would refuse, effectively ending NATO as a deterrent to Russian aggression. Germany taking up arms against Israel in any circumstances is as close to an absolute impossibility as you get in the real world.
It would indeed cause a rift between NATO. Which is why it’s unlikely that anyone would support an Israeli invasion of the Hague.

This is not a genocide! Here’s the proof backed up with FACTS AND LOGIC:
The height of the holocaust was from 1941 to 1945 … of which about 6 million Jews were killed. This works out to a very approximate 4000-ish people per-day. That’s what genocide looks like!
Now compare this to the VERY REASONABLE actions of the Israeli state: It’s been 86 days since October 7th as of this post. Assuming a rounded number of 20k killed, that works out to ONLY 232 per-day.
Now granted: This isn’t including missing people, or those buried under the rubble - but the point still stands. At the current rate it would take over 23 years to clear out the Gaza strip. That is HARDLY a genocide.

Genocide is not just extinction but an attempt to destroy or erase a nation. Likud’s charter calls for the elimination of a Palestinian state and its leaders have talked openly about using the military to drive all Palestinians into Egypt and Jordan and eliminate the idea of a Palestine. That IS genocide.

It’s really weird that you think the worst genocide in human history (at least the worst one that I’m aware of) is the minimum standard for any genocide. According to your own standards, only 1 genocide has ever occurred. A quick look at the history books shows that’s obviously not true. Countless peoples have faced genocide of varying degrees throughout history. If you think taking a mere 23 years to exterminate an entire culture/people from a specific region of Earth is some vast amount of time, I really have to wonder exactly what the fuck is wrong with you.

Your math is wrong. Israel has killed 1% of the population of Gaza (23,000 out of an estimated 2.3 million) in under three months. So at the current death rate they would kill the entire population in 12.5 years, not 23.
