We have a strong stance against curating content for our users. You choose what you see, not us.

We will generally avoid defederation, but there are a few exemptions. These include:

1 - An instance which is solely used for spam or to interrupt the normal functioning of other instances in some way.

2 - An instance which is a credible threat to the fediverse as a whole; such as Threads.

As we have signed the fedi pact (and as is in line with the policy), Threads will be defederated when possible.
