Just putting this here cause I found it a good overview of a pretty confusing situation I had no prior knowledge about
FDO is FreeDesktop dot Org, the XDG people
Vaxry is an asshole (the Hyprland maintainer)
So is the FDO person
The discord did change
it has changed and what annoys him is people taking that one incident and speaking like it happens daily
