In November, Ohioans will vote on a ballot measure to restore the right to abortion in their state. Measures like this need 50% support to pass. But Ohio Republicans are trying to make it harder to restore our rights.

On August 8th, Ohioans will vote on whether to approve Measure 1, which would make it so changes to the Constitution need 60% support to pass, and would make it harder for citizens to place amendments on the ballot. It’s a blatant attempt to take peoples’ power away and keep abortion banned in Ohio. We must defeat this amendment!

##Information for everyone:

The Vote No campaign needs help to reach Ohio voters and warn them of this attempt to steal their rights. If you live in Ohio, join a canvass to knock on doors and talk to voters. If you live anywhere else, you can make phone calls to voters. There are lots of other ways to get involved with Vote NO in August or on Mobilize

If we all do our part, we’ll defeat this amendment, and restore the right to choose in November!
