Minister De Jonge has send a letter to parliament this afternoon about plans to change the Service Costs Decree (Besluit servicekosten) and make it limited in nature
That would mean no other service costs are allowed than those that are mentioned on the annex to the Service Costs Decree. Furthermore, De Jonge suggests certain service costs can be maximized by ministerial decree.
As plans often seem to ‘change’ into definitive legislation online on a forum like this before it actually passes parliament and senate, I would like to stress these are just plans.
