giving this a shot, whenver I try to launch a steam game with Mangohud enabled, I get this message in the console
ERROR: ld.so: object ‘/usr/$LIB/mangohud/libMangoHud.so’ from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (cannot open shared object file): ignored.
any hints?

Do you have 32 bit mangohud installed as well?
