6.2?!?! It feels like 6.1 only just came out?!
Well, congrats, I guess… that was fast!

I would really love to see KDE Eco’s power optimization efforts combine with Plasma Mobile’s phone shell work so we can benefit both from longer battery life on #MobileLinux and at the same time get the environmental benefits, too!
@wawe
Just bought and played it and had a lot of fun! I love the frequent powerups and the variety of the monsters. The first time I saw the toad was truly terrifying! Lol. I’d love to see some kind of powerup that helps with arial enemies. Maybe the plants can shoot upwards, too? Or you can? Or a flying plant? Or a second bullet that goes up at 45 degrees? Anyway, well worth the super low asking price. Looking forward to playing more! It works perfect on the #SteamDeck, too!

I can’t say how happy this upgrade makes me. I love this style of home screen so much more than Halcyon (although I understand the reason that needed to exist), and the most common complaint I’ve heard from people trying out #PlasmaMobile was the stability, so I really feel like this is an important one-two punch for improving #PlasmaMobile.
I’m still looking for ways that I can significantly help #PlaMo out without money or coding skills to spare. Call me if y’all need an icon, ok?

I’m someone who wants to contribute to #KDE (mainly #design/#UX). My main challenges so far have been:
My availability is sporadic. I can’t guarantee time every week, or even many weeks. I’m really only available for drive by contributions like the Tokodon icon I did when I just happened to see they needed one when I had a weekend off.
As someone with limited time, it’s tricky to get up to speed re the technical and design specifications fast enough to contribute.
