What is this based on? It sounds like something that would be against even the most basic licence terms.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I’m asking about whether the concept of “you are allowed to play pirated games if you own a physical copy of it” is based on any legal truth.
I’m aware that the emulators are largely completely legal as long as they don’t package console bios’ with it. That’s why you have to go find a pirate bios to make your emulator run
Do you have anything to back that up? Or is it just “trust me bro” that kind of proves my point?
Did that claim have any actual grounding in reality? Or is it just an urban legend that keeps persisting?
I don’t want the internet to be exclusively business
It’s an improvement on established technology. The “healthy” angle is that it has a drip tray. For some reason that has more marketing potential than: cooks quicker, with less energy, and a smaller device.
World of Final Fantasy is as close to a Pokemon rip off as you can get, and they didn’t get sued.
Edit. And now I think about it, the mobile game of Rick and Morty was very much a reskin of Pokemon.
It was the best of times, it was the blurst of times!?
If you shroud the receiver you would block all but the closest bad actors
Sounds absolutely smashing
These click bait titles are getting harder just to understand what they are trying to communicate.
What can’t you play?
Sure. Substitute “Lemmy” for whatever fediverse service it is mingling with.
If threads is incorporated into the larger fediverse, sure you’ll get a bump in dau, but threads will eventually dominate the user base. Then if they devide to cut ties with Lemmy sites, the fediverse basically loses 90% of engagement overnight.
Cheaper? yes. better? No. LLMs produce the most derivative inane BS that it would just act as filler. In classic RPGs and adventure games a lot of the filler dialogue was one line per NPC to represent a microcosm within a location. There’s nothing to be gained from theoretically infinite NPCs with theoretically infinite lines of pointless dialogue.
Do you have any tips for writing professional documentation? I want to do some for my workplace but it’s hard to know where to start, how to arrange it, etc
The higher the mortality rate the quicker people tend to get it under control. I guess that’s partially because a dead host is less likely to spread the infection, and partly because people take it more seriously than a bad cough.
Did you think graves were perpetual?
I’m sorry to bake your noodle on this one, but when you get buried you’ll get 6 years tops before the site is recycled for the next person.
I think OP doesn’t even know what their point is.
They keep saying people will continue to perform sex work if there’s no economic gain, but at that point it’s not work. Then the counter argument to that is “there’s many different kinds of sex work”, but the point still stands that having sex voluntarily, being an exhibitionist, or having a hobby of filming sexual encounters are all things that people do for personal gratification and are not considered a career now, or in this hypothetical post-scarcity civilisation.
Like someone else said, it sounds like they are just fantasising about sex slaves. To me it also sounds like OP is overcompensating on the whole “I respect sex workers” virtue signalling.
You agree to the licence terms when you purchase the software. If you disagree, don’t buy it.
