This comment section is a nice mix of “I’m a waiter, please don’t do this, you’re making my job harder” and “I always do this to make the waiters’ lives easier”

Well, it was your negligence to have bald tyres, so it would be your fault of you had an accident because of that.
Again, I’m saying this is not a good analogy.
I disagree that the responsibly of an accident falls on what other people wanted you to do. What if you had to take someone to hospital and the same accident occurred? Is it the fault of the person that needed to go to hospital? What if you need to rush out to help a family member in distress? Would it be their fault for being in distress?
I think it’s not a good analogy for responsibility. Sometimes car accidents happen and you can’t pin that on “it’s not my fault because I didn’t actually want to go to the place I’m driving”
There’s no way this can work.
They have come up with a radical idea, but surely in execution they’ve realised it’s not feasible but are too chicken to back down. It’ll probably end up being a DNS block or a “if you are over 18 click to enter” pop ups
Negative. That is a 3D print that I left unattended.
They were actually produced and sold, but apparently the sliding mechanism would break with wear and tear.
I think it’s proven fact that things often sell off of the art and IP, sometimes for those alone. If that wasn’t the case they wouldn’t fight so hard to protect it.
It’s a reference to the popular TV show How I Met Your Mother
When I’m sad I just stop being sad and be awesome instead.
This is the most level headed approach to IP I’ve seen. If you’re not willing to use the property you forfeit it. It’s a common contact for licensing rights for movies that forces a studio to make a movie or lose rights. That way people can’t squat on a licence to prevent others using it.
Because it’s a stepping stone in the learning. Using something like tailscale that just works allows you to develop skills with other software and workflows. Eventually you progress to harder things like hosting your own private VPN.
There are no invalid locations in tic Tac toe, passing a turn provides no advantage, I suppose you could take extra turns to cheat.
How do you define cheating in such a simple game?
Clever, but very hands on
Tactics is getting more of a remaster than a remake. It’s also missing a bunch of content that was added in the PSP version. Honestly I don’t think it will sell terribly well.
I just saw an advertisement for a custom T-shirt:
“That’s right, I’m a December dad, who lives at 62a, with size 10 feet and prescription glasses…”

Original Lara was a Tomb Raider.
New Lara is a fucking psychopathic Rambo with daddy issues.
The game is literally called “Tomb Raider”. What did you think raiding meant?
Aya Brea, from Parasite Eve
The perfect mix of unsuspecting hero, chosen one, and bad ass. The sequel also gives her an Ellen Riply in Aliens vibe as well. Shame about 3rd Birthday and the fact we will never get another one. For those who don’t know, the owner of the original IP didn’t want to renew the license for the games, which means the games can no longer use anything from the novel which includes all references to mitochondria and Eve. That’s why 3rd Birthday was seemingly a totally different game; they tried to make a sequel that couldn’t reference any of the main plot points of the previous games or novel.
