Botw is easily a 9/10 for me . Totk too. I really like Nintendos take on open world. However, I still appreciate the other Zelda games a lot and I hope they don’t completely abandon that linear formula

I use the best of both worlds. A gui in the terminal. GitUI
I am using ckb-next for my Corsair mouse and keyboard. Just check if your mouse is supported.
One thing I couldn’t so in Linux is save light settings to the on-board memory. For that I had to open Windows and the Corsair iCue software and save it from there. After that my mouse and keyboard boots with correct light colors
I am not scared of Tencent. I deleted my Epic Account based on principle. The Tencent buy-in was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Doesn’t matter to me if they didn’t completely buy Epic. I’m out. And luckily I don’t care much for major gaming companies any more. I’m sick and tired of the same uninspired garbage riddled with micro transactions coming out these days. Indie games is where it’s at these days. At least those developers seem to love what they do and respect their players time. They also aren’t afraid to try something new
That’s why I deleted my Epic Games account when they got bought by Tencent. Though their support was not happy I was exercising my GDPR rights and it took a lot of back and forth with them before they finally deleted it.
Your plasma desktop crashing with dual screens is something that’s not normal. I use two monitors all the time and my desktop has never crashed.
I agree that two wrongs don’t make a right. But when Russia keeps destroying critical infrastructure, commiting war crimes and playing dirty, how long should the Ukrainians lay flat? It took years before they were allowed from the west to strike back using western military equipment. Now Ukraine are finally engaging the battle on even terms
I would argue the same goes for civil Ukrainians but Russia didn’t care about them so why should Ukraine do the same? It’s war after all
Retro City Rampage?
Damn… 😅 Then I am out of ideas unfortunately
If you hold down the power button for 10-20 seconds it should turn off. At least that’s how it works inside the Android system
The past two month I have played lots of Zelda. I finished Breath of the Wild and now I am working my way through Tears of the Kingdom.
Two superb games if I say so myself! Unfortunately TotK could have better performance on the Deck but it’s playable with the right settings. For BotW I played the Wii U version with great performance
The day has come! I have been pretty excited for this release since Vanilla OS 2 was announced. I will have to try it out as soon as I can
Oh okey! I wonder what could have went wrong then. I’m glad you found a workaround to your problem
Do you have that drive mounted in Steam as a library? I have had a similar issue with an NTFS formatted drive
If you want an Arch-based gaming distro there is Garuda (also a non heavily-themed version). I used Garuda before switching to plain Arch. It ran pretty well and I really liked the btrfs filesystem and the snapshots. It meant I could easily restore a backup of my system if I manage to break it. Which I did a few times.
Okey then! I think it’s a bad suggestion. Peace out
I was just curious about why you think this way. It’s not a big deal to anyone except you. The KDE team already has a deadline for new feature before a big release in order to have enough time for testing and fixing. And this wasn’t a big change or new feature so they decided to implement it. It’s pretty bold to assume this was a huge change. Both of us can go check the source code but I don’t care enough to do it.
The edit mode works a lot better now and it’s not as buggy from my experience.
If you really care about stability then use Debian or any other distro that delays big updates and does backports to fixes. Exactly like you are suggesting. If you are using Arch or any other rolling release distro then this is what you signed up for.
Wow… I had a look at the commit history and it doesn’t seem like any actual development is taking place. Just changes and removal of text here and there.
Why put all this energy in to making a website and host a fork when you don’t do anything with it?
