Hope the new models improve on active noise cancellation and the ambient mode.
The Buds Pro are good in these areas but have been a step or two behind the AirPods Pros in my experience.
Subtitles are a problem with Plex for me unless I upload the subtitles myself.
Pretty happy with my Chromecast (with Google TV).
Something with a little more power would be great. Although the current Chromecast streams files from my Plex server pretty well as is.
Freaking gorgeous.
This only happens when I finally get to nap.
COD suddenly overrated to PlayStation owners.
God: Here are the 10 Commandments
Moses Hogan: That doesn’t work for me brother.
I’ve owned various Pixels since the first one.
Pixel XL > Pixel 3XL > Pixel 6 Pro
One could say I’ve had 3 of the worst Pixels.
They would be right in a sense. But I’ve used each of these for about 2-3 years (The 6 Pro will be 2 soon).
Really like the user experience and the software but the hardware really starts to show their age after about a year and a half in. With slowdowns and stuttering
The 6 Pro is the only one I haven’t had any problems with.
I love the cameras on all of them and I can only say good things about them. The unlimited storage of the Pixel 3 lasting only until recently was a bummer. But now I’ve been backing them up on my local server at home.
Using Sync for Reddit for so long I realized I missed the layout of Sync so I’m glad to see it back for Lemmy.
Bought a month subscription since I can use my rewards to pay for it. Worth it for the no ads.
I always went over to a neighbors to play Super Mario World on his Super Nintendo as a kid. Folks bought me a PS1 for christmas not too long after that and basically decided that was going to be the last console they’d buy me so I’d go over to my friends places to play on their Gamecube and PS2s. My first paycheck I got working a summer job was used to buy a PS2 .
The early days of reddit were wild with everyone making third party apps. This will be like that again but now we have established Devs throwing their hat in the ring to make their versions of Lemmy Apps.
Not surprised. But with some better writing this could’ve been at least somewhat decent. Love the games and there are lots of stories to tell there.
