I would implement it by using the basic goroutines, a wait group to keep track of the goroutines and sleep for the recurring duration.
Maybe a more optimal solution would be to use a workerpool.
Also what amount of emails are we talking about and what kind of recurring duration(1/hour or 1/year)

5·3 months agoYes I agree, but we can’t improve things if all we care about is “look at these dumb peasants and the dumb mistakes they are making. They deserve to suffer for their mistakes”.
The thing is that in these cases usually the statistics hide a huge wealth inequality gap.
So the people is power are not really poor more often they are even richer and more powerful than rich people in countries with working governments/economies.
And the poor people are really fucked. So in essence what you are advocating for is not even collective punishment because the people responsible are not punished.
