I never trade in. Every old phone I’ve had has seen more use than the value of trading it. Most go to a relative then back to me for some secondary use. Plus it’s good to have a backup device in case something happens to your main phone.

Wire as in cable? Why on earth is it not at least wireless?
Wish it worked like that with the lights. I don’t like artificial light so only have some back lights on or none at all most of the time. And will sleep until 1pm with two big windows without blinds in my room.
Do you get to choose it with a budget or they buy whatever cheap, uncomfortable thing was available? I’d much rather use my own equipment if I’m gonna be using it everyday.
Huh might depend on the specific rom. It’s there on Sony along with pop up and multi window.
Does it not also exist on the bottom right in the recents view? This left-most position is the least useful. But I don’t think it ever dissappeared for me.
*then we’ll have code that may or may not be ok and no more senior programmers to check it.
Also the cost of getting more internal storage is not just the difference between the two models. Because as you said the 512GB model wasn’t even available when you bought the phone but in 2-3 years it will probably be the default. But by then you can’t just buy more storage like you would by getting a bigger card, you need a new phone.
Huh true, and since you get to see ids and class names in inspect it’s not too bad.
Getting another dead browser doesn’t make too much sense tbh, might as well keep kiwi. I hadn’t thought of the desktop thing, I could try it at some point.
Someone mentioned this in the cross-post. It seems the best alternative so far but I think it doesn’t let you edit the html, only remove elements, and the network tab doesn’t really work because the extension closes on refresh. The console should work fine though
I know remote debugging is a thing but it requires a computer. Sometimes you want to check something on the go. Alternatively, changing some html on the page when something displays weirdly on a phone (or removing pop-ups but ublock takes care of that too).
You can do remote debugging in general but that requires a computer. I think kiwi uses remote debugging in a way to display the devtools on the same device but I haven’t looked into it more.
This is interesting, thanks! It’s missing some things (for example the network tab pretty much doesn’t work) but it’s the best alternative so far.
Yeah remote debugging works on android too but that requires an external device. I’m looking for something that works on the phone itself.
My spotify stats every year disagree
To get a better idea of the scale of this, the people over at r/greece have made a map of the Athens protest. 150.000 people is a big understatement.
These tech images are getting pretty ridiculous. What even is this thumbnail?
Huh true, I’ll have to check again see if it works with the usual programs (it probably does)
You can change the audio track but you have to do it on every video. What’s more annoying is it can’t even decide on a language. I’ve had both Spanish videos auto dubbed to English and English videos auto dubbed to Spanish.
