If my forehead doesn’t sweat then it’s not spicy enough lol
That’s exactly how I order it!
I get the hottest Indian food I can when I go out lol I’ve gotten so used to it that even the hottest stuff they have doesn’t seem that spicy to me anymore! I’ve started making my own dishes at home now with habaneros and I love it! I just made a post in another community with my new batch of pickled habaneros that I’ve been putting on everything lol
I don’t get it. Hot sauce just makes things more delicious
That sounds more like a personal problem than an issue with the time honored Tooth Fairy method lol I never felt the need to rip out my own teeth as a child
What are you talking about all my pants have giant pockets that the whole phone fits in with room to spare
Parts of you probably will 👍
There are some aspects of life that make me wish I was born at a different time than I was, and other things I like now that I wouldn’t want to do without. I don’t think it’s as black and white if an issue as this makes it seem.
Sure buddy, that’s what I said. You got me 👏
I’m not particularly bitter about it, it’s just a fact of life at the moment. What I do take exception to though are people who like to condescendingly suggest that all life’s problems could be solved by just heading to the Caribbean or Europe for a few weeks. If I could afford to just pick up and go wherever whenever I felt like it then most of my issues would already be resolved lol
Cool. Is this your way of telling me that you’re going to pay for me to go traveling? That would be great, thanks 👍
From Wikipedia:
The English word artichoke was borrowed in the sixteenth century from the northern Italian word articiocco (the standard modern Italian being carciofo). The Italian term was itself borrowed either from Spanish alcarchofa (today usually alcachofa) or directly from the source of the Spanish word—medieval Andalusi Arabic الخرشوفة (al-kharshūfa, including the Arabic definite article al). The Arabic form kharshūfa is still used in Maghrebi Arabic today, while other variants in Arabic include kharshafa, and Modern Standard Arabic khurshūfa. These Arabic forms themselves derive from classical Arabic حرشفة (harshafa) singular word of the plural حراشف (ḥarashef) meaning “scale”. Other languages which derive their word for the artichoke from Arabic include Israeli Hebrew, which has the word חֻרְשָׁף (khursháf). The original Hebrew name (see Hebrew: he:ארטישוק) is קינרס kinars, which is found in the Mishna.
Is laying in the middle of a kitchen floor really entertaining though? It’s certainly unexpected I guess but it’s not blowing my mind or anything
I don’t know that it is. I suppose it would depend on which part of the floor you’re talking about?
This seems like it would fit better in the unpopular opinions community.
Having said that, bread works a million times better than water if you eat something too spicy
That’s awesome! I’m glad it worked! I should look into some vintage controllers right now I’m playing everything on a retropie with a PS4 controller and it’s just not the same lol
I’ve never tried this personally, but I’ve seen a lot of articles and videos where they say the conductive coating under the buttons can wear out and cause them to become unresponsive and they were able to fix it by applying some graphite dry lubricant
Again though, I’ve never tried it myself so you may want to do your own research first
I think a “landgull” would just be a pigeon
