You can’t make observational comedy about being a young and hungry comedian/writer when you’ve spent the last decade being wealthy and out-of-touch.
If he was still clever, he probably could’ve threaded the transphobia needle and either figured a way to make it right or made it so funny that enough people would enjoy it regardless. But now he’s cranky and spoiled by success so he’s just going to get angry, which is even less funny.

Honestly I didn’t even scroll enough to realize there was a paywall I just saw the headline and that there was apparently an article below it and holy crap that headline is as Onion-y as you get.
It bothers me because TR2013 didn’t have to be like that. The dogs were challenging and scary. The puzzles were good. The bow and melee combat was tense. Hunting and exploration could’ve played a bigger part, the game so rarely took you off the rails and it was good when it did.
The game could’ve been made with killing humans being rare dramatic moments, with the guns being tools of last resort.
I know I shouldn’t be surprised by how unhinged they are but they still somehow manage to shock me.
FF on Android has improved greatly, I don’t find myself switching back to Chrome anymore.

This. I used to have a Moto Z which was regular 16:9 and you could actually type in landscape and actually see the textbox with that.
Right? I don’t want an AI chatbot, I want a natural language oral shell scripting language with APIs for all the major services I use and good verbal man pages. The AI can be a separate tool on a separate hotword that I’ll probably only ever use to ask for help debugging the other one.
MS is also trying to be the one-stop-shop for people wanting to access AI-gen stuff through an abstracted provider-agnostic interface.

No, it’s complaining about how some games are so swingy that even with skill-based matchmaking the game always seems to be a landslide in one direction or the other.
Overwatch is the worst for this.
Game one: We absolutely steamroll and as tank I do more than both DPS players put together. Yay.
Game two: We get our asses kicked and some Ana who doesn’t know to switch or group up when they’re getting dived spends the whole endgame screaming how awful our tank is.
Does anybody actually want one of these things?

Honestly the 2nd analog stick I didn’t mind too much because the face-buttons made a decent D-pad for the tiny handful of shooters on the DC. The bigger flaw was the lack of 2nd shoulder-buttons.
Also that putting a screen into a controller has always been a solution looking for a problem. It was on the DC, it was on the Wii-U, and there’s a good reason they abandoned the idea to put a screen on the PS4 touchpad controller.
