Incest between siblings would depend on the age differential and authority structure of the family. It’s not a case of incest=abuse, but of how likely it could imply abuse. The challenge is nuance. Fully agree that the show quality has been spotty at best. Which writer/showrunner do you think started the decline? Moffat had a good run with Matt Smith (although I hate what he did with the Weeping Angels, for creative reasons. For that matter, Russell Davies wrote Love and Monsters and that one is definitely on my skip list.) I think Peter Capaldi got shafted tho. Such a waste of talent
