yea, ill go looking for great movies and games which have good Dolby Atmos… but once i buy it, i dont need to see a splash screen every time.
Wish we could have a single splash screen with all the bits of tech. then its only one, instead of screen after screen…
for sure! i bought it really early on, and it was amazing.
Just wish that they hadn’t bodged it so bad.
that, and fix some of the spegheti code from KSP 1. I love the game, but no one argued that it wasnt a hack job
I would love to switch off gboard, but really need it to support the following:
seamless switching between spanish and english (for duolingo) Emoji support some form of Gifboard.
Anyone know if this supports that?
For me it’s simply EGS paying developers to lock games only their store.
If they were just competing, trying to deliver a better product I would massively support them, similar to how I support GOG, however when you start locking content to your storez you end up with “PlayStation vs Xbox” devision of content.
Yea, I watched a streamer play it (RT GAMES) and it’s the only game of his I wished I never watched, and just played myself
“It was left by a Mr E… Mystery!
Yea, but im pretty sure this is intentionally bad, instead of bad writing
Fingers Crossed.
I backed back on kickstarter, and still wanna play it.
i teleport to the world of Deep Rock Galactic.
If im in the inner colonies, im probobly fine. If im part of the DRG crew, im screwed.
Didn’t know that was a thing! Thanks for the link.
Yea, I figured out how to export it, but it doesn export what episodes I’ve.listened to, so I have to go back through my lists and transfer that (I like listening to back catalogs of my favorite podcasts.
I actually paid for the lifetime app membership a long time ago, so luckily this won’t impact that, but not paying $40usd for just desktop use.
Does Antenna have a desktop app?
Yea, using their app online is worth $10 a year, but $40? For what’s basically a front end? They are out of their mind.
Do you know if you can export your podcasts from Pocket casts?
Always think this argument is weird. The bill has a line about replacing the USB-C standered with a new one in the future, and the port can handle at least 80Gbps.
Frustrating how it seems impossible to have any stability.
Or in Canada. We pay out the nose for our phone plans, but at least we can use our data however we want.
I agree that subscription fatigue is a huge thing, and I avoid services as a rule of thumb unless there are real reasons for the subscription, ie ongoing usage based costs.
That said, I view $2 a month as a reasonable subscription cost, and if Reddit had charged that I would have happily paid it to keep bacon reader. It’s only the one time payment cost that is very steep ($99).
I chip in $5/mo for lemmy.world to help pay to keep it ad free and running
welcome to the club, and its great to have you.
I mean, thats litterally the point of federated instances. If you don’t like this one, you can find one you like more, or spin up your own and control your own federation without worrying!
I agree that the admins should maintain a list, but this is still really early days of Lemmy.
“when you are empty, and you have to drive right away, its faster to refuel your car with petrol”
My relatives dont have a charger at home, they just plug their car into an outlet, and get ~40km range over night. That more than enough for the daily commute.
