  • I agree. I typically skip sex scenes in movies. Those scenes very seldom add anything to the story imo.

Unless it makes sense. In “What Women Want” with Mel Gibson, I believe that is a great example of a sex scene adding to the movie. The whole premise is him reading women’s minds, so him having sex with Marisa Tomei and hearing their thoughts while in the act added to the premise.

So when I see a movie that is just like “hey these people are hot and we should film them go at it” is just boring imo.

  • I’m 38 and I just achieved that goal.

Don’t stress about this shit (too much).

Go to concerts, take trips, eat your avocado toast. Indulge.

You’re only young once, and everyone is poor in their 20’s. Unless you’re lucky or it’s given to you.

It sounds trite, but success will come. However you measure it.

  • Rimworld is one of those games I’m addicted to for like 2 weeks non-stop.

Then once I have 30 colonists and they can’t even keep the floor clean cuz I have too many things going on, I’m done because i know I’ll never “finish” anything. Even though every time I start that game I tell myself I’ll finally build the spaceship this time.

  • This totally off topic, but back in the day Chad used to mean taking a giant dump or being a little piece of shit. So to me, you basically said the same thing twice.

I feel like the whole reason that changed was a Dad told his son “stop being a Chad kid”. So, when the kid asked what that meant, the Mom stepped in and said it means a cool dude. Then started telling all his friends “My Dad thinks I’m a Chad!”

So now its a giant Dad joke that has whooshed a whole generation.

  • No, I don’t, because I remember trying to make attempts at making my own game.

    Hence being called RPG Maker.

In 2003 when I was like 17 there wasn’t like a fuckin library of games made in RPG Maker, and if there was, it was only known to the super nerds. Knowing what RPG Maker was in 2003 made you a nerd. If you knew of a library of games for RPG Maker, made you like king of nerds.

I’m envious of your nerdom if you had that access.

  • Man some people just can’t be pleased. I’ve been playing the game all week, and it’s fantastic. It delivered exactly what I thought it was going to be.

Sure there are some bugs, and some complaints about a few minor things, but as a whole this game is spot on.

I’m just not sure what people are expecting. It’s Fallout/Skyrim in space, and it’s exactly what I thought it was going to be.
