Yanno that’s a good question, I do think if the USA says something about the internal politics of a South American country I tend to believe the opposite is closer to the truth.

No, I’ve just seen this kinda thing happen again and again, specifically with Venezuela. Sadly, the nation is getting used as a political battleground, so of course America and its allies are on one side and their rivals on the other.

Plus, the US has a long dark history of meddling in the politics of South American countries, this is absolutely the kind of thing it does to extert power.

But people are goldfish when it comes to politics. They forget how the US tried to secretly arm groups supporting Juan Guaido so they could put him in charge like just a few years ago.

The US wants to open Venezuela’s natural resources, particularly lithium, to the West.

The USA has tried to make coups happen in Venezuela like half a dozen times or more over the decades, I just cannot trust anything America says about the internal politics of Venezuela.

Not that it matters what I think, America will do whatever the fuck it wants.

Naw buddy it’s like an attachment onto your existing toilet. You can even get one with hot water for just a lil more if your toilet is close enough to the hot water inlet to the sink.

1. do I even really need one? I kinda want one, they look cool, but is it really that much better than a normal phone?

2. should I even consider the Galaxy when the Honor V3 looks like it’s comparable specs with better battery and a thousand dollars cheaper?

Tho the latter requires figuring it how to get and use one in the US.

I think people who have a media based existence have to be more mindful of this kind of thing, because, like it or not, appropriate or not, it can have very serious effects on their livelihoods.

We all suffer a bit of this at work. There are things we avoid saying to our coworkers, bosses, customers and clients, etc. What is and isn’t okay to say changes based on the nature of our employment. I think you should try it. I think an hour is appropriate for a lot of the story beats if you have a decent memory, though maybe an hour and a half would be better suited to some of the more involved parts. A lot of this is affected by your reading speed. There’s a lot of reading.

For what it’s worth, I also played it in bursts, but probably something like 2 hr sessions. There’s a lot of rough, serious material in that game and I found it a lot to process at once, so I took breaks between sessions fairly often.

Crucially, I said paying for, but also, naw prolly not.
