Get an idea of how many calories you burn in a day (you can search for a BMR calculator to give you a ballpark), and eat less than that. I started going on runs, and eating a slightly healthier diet.

Historically consoles have been much more specialized. The last GTA came out in the PS3 era. The PS3 used the cell microprocessor which was famously hard to develop for.
The latest consoles run AMD Zen CPUs, very similar to those found in most gaming PCs.
I recently made the switch to Linux, and since fusion360 doesn’t support Linux I’ve been using Onshape. Boy do I miss fusion. I certainly wouldn’t pay $600 a year for it though since I only use it for personal projects.

Automotive filler primer will smooth those layer lines, a couple of good coats then sand it back with a high-ish grit (about 240 or so) will get it beautifully smooth with relatively little effort.

People still use their phones to listen to music and wireless earphones are almost universally garbage, require charging, and produce insane amounts of e-waste. Wired headphones don’t have these issues

Not sure what exactly you mean by headset. But headphones and IEMs will use a 3.5mm or 1/4" jack. My sennheisers use it, my beyerdynamics use it, my audio Technicas use it. Even my KZ IEMs and moondrop IEMs use it. This is a universal standard for a reason.
And not sure what the data rate has to do with anything. It’s an audio connector, it’s not used to transfer data, it’s used to move the drivers in a set of headphones. As usb-c doesn’t output line level audio, any headset you have that uses it needs its own DAC and amp which is problematic for e-waste reasons.
Weird headphones don’t use ucb-c, there is already a standard for headphones and it’s the 3.5mm audio jack.

If you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose weight. That’s just science - that works universally. I don’t really think these fad diets are a good way to view health. There’s a lot more to a healthy diet than just losing weight - your body needs carbohydrates, in fact carbs should be your primary source of calories and foregoing all carbs isn’t a healthy way to lose weight.
