I legit learned of it around when it released from gamingcirclejerk making fun of chuds for calling it woke or whatever. Next time I heard of it, it was the shut down announcement.

25K units sold TOTAL. 10 on steam, 15 on psn.
Some quick math, steam takes a 30% cut (10k * 40 * .7 = 280k), and since this is a sony published game sony got to keep 100% on their platform (15k * 40 = 600k). Sony made less than 1 mill in revenue on this game which allegedly cost 100M to develop.
With the model of the switch I have, modding it like this is only a softmod. Restarting the switch returns it to its normal nintendo switch interface and OS.
Why do this? Its fun, and besides if nintendo doesn’t want you playing its old games on new hardware then I’ll makr the new hardware play the old games.
I’ve had calyxOS on this phone now for about 2 uears now. Its pretty good. It comes with microG to simulate the google apis.
This is fairly common for tech jobs, asking for more experience than is phisically possible. Theres a whole sub about shit like this on the old site.
I know you already have your answer but for anyone else: side scrolling anti-capitalist beatem-up
Yeah, even the “playable” tag i have to check what they mean by that. Psychonauts 1 and 2 are “playable” but both need you to manually pull up the keyboard and show xbox controls… Like okay? That’s all? They play perfectly.
I also downloaded an indie game “tonight we riot” and its not even tested. Want to geuss how well it plays? Spoiler, perfectly fine.
I’m genuinely greatful for steam personally pushing for more games to work well in linux even if the game needs a compatibility layer like Wine or proton.
Frequently repos say “git clone [repo url]” which i think is enough for most people to copy and paste. I’m a programmer and usually I just click things in my IDE to do git work for me so I’ll agree its not an easy thing to use.
Step 1) Download the LLM with git
Well, fuck we should have known that this requires a masters in computering. Dude these comands are easy, literally copy and paste. The instructions are literally handholding you to run it and thats still to complicated. Also who makes furry porn with a Large Language Model?
My old man told me he took one programming language in college and it was APL. Having looked at APL since becoming a software dev myself, I can understand why he hated it.
It’s just so gross and hard to read
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen any of the movies.
Oh great, Skynet is actually the US millitary.
I’m sorry we’re like this.
See the calculator some guy made run doom or a barcode scanner at my job.
Android is a fairly good target development platform, it’s still getting updates, apps built for older versions of android still work on newer versions, large active tallent pool both perfessionally and hobbyist, absolute metric fuck ton of tutorials. Yeah, if you’re making a new product it isn’t hard to just make it an android computer and throw am app on there that you make that does the thing.
Yeah, theres shit like the battle of blair mountain that everyone should look into.
Hey, my fellow 'Muricans, we actually took up arms here for our right to have a living wage
Didn’t New Worlds turn into a ghost town month after launch?
Oh god damnit. I could have gotten a much better one
Writers intent is sometimes enforced and sometimes not. Ammendments 4-8 are all about criminal rights so it’s very clear that the founders were very concerned about people being accused/convicted of crimes, yet today you can’t be searched without a warrant unless the cop doesn’t like you can can come up with a lie saying he’s sure you were doing something illegal.
I played it a few months ago on my deck. It has default preset that holds an extremely solid (i think) 30 fps from my testing. Whatever the target was it held really well
So if you don’t mind 30 FPS the default is pretty good.
Anyone who has played the game knows what level you’re talking about, and I find myself launching Titanfall 2 every now and then just to play it.
My first like real programming job, in 2019, version control was “download the project from the share drive, update the code, then add your new code back to the share with todays date in the folder name”.
Everyone, except 1 dude liked SVN or mercurial, wanted the boss to just get us on git. It became the general standard for a reason. None of us liked the version control system we had, but HDD space was cheap so the boss wasn’t that concerned.
