I think they had to drop split screen from the Series S, at least for now.

Get a cheap APC battery backup, for a little over $100 you can get a 1000VA backup that’ll keep your printer running for a few hours through an outage.

If you’re assuming it’s trashed anyway may as well try to fix it.

I’m absolutely loving it. I love that I can pace the game myself thanks to the turn based design, that my actions have consequences, that it’s a proper role playing game.

I’m about 30 hours in and it’s fantastic.

So would it not be useful to attack this a different way?

Something that you can upload files to that triggers a job that sends it to a slicing machine, or something like that?

What I mean to say is have you thought of skinning this cat any other way?

It’s exactly that. There’s no one person, no group of people, that can control a market. It’s a force, an abstract concept at this point. Any thoughts that it can be controlled is hubris or naivety.

Well that’s the thing, I don’t really consider it injustice. I consider it as something that sucks, but things that suck happen. It’s just kind of part of life. You get past it. I guess that’s my view.

They’ll find new jobs. Companies have no loyalty to employees and employees have no loyalty to companies. Nobody is in it for love. They got paychecks, now they’ll find someone else to give them paychecks. It’s transactional.
