As someone who is also awkwardly treading the line between being a soulless hack and trying to get my work noticed by literally anyone: please edit your top comment with a link to your game.
I mean it. I can’t even muster the courage to post my renders to Instagram without feeling like some desperate influencer goof.
When I bought Fallouts 1, 2 and Tactics from EB like 15 years ago I couldn’t run them even with the disc in the drive. The shitty securom was broken and refused to recognise the disc. It was only thanks to pirates that I was able to crack them and play the copies I fucking paid money for.
DRM is cancer.
…was fired at…
Gotta love a passive voice so passive that it doesn’t even clarify that she was shot and killed and not merely “fired at”.
You don’t think House of the Dead was a cinematic masterpiece? Tsk tsk! Poor taste I say!
I’m not disagreeing with you because I know terms like classic are entirely relative but holy shit referring to fortnight as a classic nearly triggered a mid-life crisis. Holy hell. Ow.
Hear hear. Soul was a great movie because it was fun for kids but spoke to adults. Pixar does that a lot. A good kids movie is just a good movie that’s appropriate for children. Sure you can feed kids entertainment slop and it might even make bank but if you’re trying to make a film and not just a vehicle for the line to go up then slop is not it.
Hale is an incredible VA and she has had more roles than there are grains of sand.
It’s also funny when she voices multiple characters in the same game like Killer Frost and Hawk Girl in Injustice.
It also removes any sense or individuality. Contrasted with clones who frequently customised their armour.
A word, number or string that can be read the same backwards and forwards. Like 2112, 11/11/11, “A Toyotas a Toyota”, “Was it a cat I saw?”.
New Vegas gets a pass because it was made in 18 months.
No one’s justifying Hamas here what the fuck are you smoking??
Conservatives make the world worse, they get booted out and liberals fail to fix it, they get booted out and then people look for a “strong man” who can cut through red tape and fix things once and for all.
The far right embodies that third person. An extra bonus of a far right rule is the Overton window lurches so far to the right that the conservatives can pretend to be centrist and the liberals pretend to be left-wing.
I suspect they mean capitalism with a light sprinkle of social safety nets.
Abrasives. Same thing as charcoal. Tiny hard particles help remove gunk when you brush them against something.
Unironically the most important question
restaurants often don’t know how to disable it.
The owners know how. They also know that by leaving it there they make extra money on top of sales. They also know that the person getting berated for having it there is the worker who can’t change it.
Another example of “strong men” being unimaginably weak.
