You knew that Canada had the recipts when Trudeau went public with it. He’s not prone to causing friction between countries for no reason.

To be fair, some our own home grown idiots think that, too.
… so like 0.01% of the “Million”, then? What a bunch of losers.
If you give someone $20, chances are that, yeah, they will spend it on some quick and cheap comfort to improve their lives in the short term (fast food, alcohol, drugs, etc.). But if you give someone a sizeable sum that will actually help them plan for a better future, the vast majority of people will do just that.
But that really goes against the whole “poverty is the result of a moral failing” concept that capitalist throught had been hammering into our heads for decades, so we certainly can’t be promoting that fact.
I take it you never used a tape player or VCR.
Oh wow he just like me fr fr
The US: destabilizes multiple South American countries for fucking fruit companies
China: actually invests in them and improves their standard of living, and South American countries develop a favourable view of China
The US:
Bruh, you can’t spare two whole dollars for something you’re going to be using every day? Like, I use Jerboa, which is free, but I still signed up for dessalines patreon to support their work.
The future is either free to use, but put up with ads, or pay a meager amount to support the developers so ads arent required to sustain the product.
Don’t look up
Oh god, Ive been using them wrong this whole time?!?!
I guess I am so used to other social media I had assumed it was a like button.
Fr. I thought we would have gotten this out of our system by now.
The only nice thing about metric is the base 12 system with feet and inches.
12 divides quite nicely by 2, 3, 4, and 6. It makes it a little more intuitive to say “4¾ inches” instead of “12.065 centimeters”.
Of course, all that goes out the window when you start using a metric base and no longer have to convert inches to cm, and stop basing your builds on feet and inches.
How is 0°C for freezing and 100°C for boiling arbitrary? That seems to me like the most reasoned way to do it.
Can we leave the karma system and awards with Reddit? Allowing voting in comment sections for pseudo-moderation by the users is good, but when it turns into a scoring system the conversation devolves into a competition to see who can craft the most palatable opinion to get the most imaginary internet points.
Despite all my thoughtful and helpful comments I made in my 11 years on reddit, you know what my top comment was?
- Comes in
- Kills the Queen
- Tanks the economy
- Leaves
What a legacy.

Handles fine. Being a 400cc bike makes it pretty light and easy to control.
That being said, its only a 400, so it doesn’t push much past 100-115km/h, and thats in ideal conditions with the throttle pinned. I’d like to get a bigger bike in the next few years, just so I’m not always cruising in 6th with the throttle full on.
For city driving, though, I find its the perfect size.
I am conflicted about this.
On one hand, yay, some semblance of hope.
On the other, many will just see this as another way to skirt around limititng their carbon emissions because we can fix it later.
And, of course, its unlikely that many will even try doing this because why save the planet when we could increase profits by 2.3% over the next quarter by not doing it?
Same. I was using liftoff for a bit while they worked out the kinks during the 0.18 upgrade, but its been great, feels really intuitive to me.
Im coming from reddit via RiF, and I feel like Jerboa checks a lot of the same boxes for me.
Boy, that Chef must have egg on his face.
