Not only that, that’s not the first time he’s done that. He’s had practice.

Right doesn’t it feel like seeing grown ass adults believing in Santa Claus?
“finishing the job,” as Trump instructed.
When incels have complete control, basically.
“People to people are so unjust.”
It’s like we forget we’re all the same species flying around on the same rock in these cosmos.
I appreciate the insight, thanks. Seems like a fair assessment and hearkens to frustrations with Biden who, while better than the opposition, is watered-down to the legitimate progressive economic populism that is needed to thwart rising fascist populism we’re seeing everywhere.
cautious inaction
Boy if that doesn’t succinctly capture the tepid response to domestic and global turmoil.
Though it’s kind of understandable. The disconnect between noble (enough) leaders trying to make a difference against immovable obstacles (big money, fascists, oligarchs, etc.) and their gullible poorly educated citizenry versus the snake-oil fox seeking to guard the Hen house by doling out empty promises would be amusing if the consequences weren’t so dire.
Most laypeople who know no better will take empty promises and hollow truths over tough love and hard truths. Makes me think of the WV coal miners and Trump promising them clean coal while Hillary told them the unfortunate reality.
Relative contrast means a lot. So how does this compare to past conservative PMs and future prospects?
Additionally, what good has he done?
You see my concern is that a lot of this is inflated in the way righties against Biden stoke up scandals without looking at the elephant in the room.
Of course. It’s just a curious comment section that shifts to a falsely equivalent whataboutism fallacy when the subject-matter at hand given the submission is a very present and documented danger. I of course would not be opposed to anyone submitting data that they or someone else gathers for male victims of female perpetrators, too.
Red-pilled incel rhetoric really seems to run rampant 'round these parts.
we do live in a climate where men are seen exclusively as current and temporarily embarrassed perpetrators, and less so as fellow victims.
All due respect, but where is your evidence because the way I see it is this (male here btw):
The data in the UK probably doesn’t exist because the instances are that much more rare. I’m open to being wrong, but until numbers are brought to the table, we’re talking data vs. speculation. What we do know is that Men account for 85-95% of convicted homicides, globally, making an outsized number relative to the portion that they are victims (somewhere around 75%). Of this subset, the most rare scenario is a male victim and female perpetrator.
There are of course instances of women murdering men and those should not be downplayed; but let’s neither invoke a false equivalence fallacy.
Don’t forget signal jamming songs. Tweet tweet mother fucker.
Putting aside whether October 7th was a response to ongoing suffering as it was…
At what point does the response to October 7th become worse than than the original attack? Because I’m pretty sure we passed that within months if not weeks of the original attack.
Anyways up is down and war is peace, I guess. This next decade is about to make the 2000s Bush & Iraq days look civil and law-abiding by contrast.
That will be one piece of good news this year if he is dead. Fuck that piece of shit. We should’ve listened to our Syrian ambassador Robert Ford and fully supported the FSA.
Honestly I’m all for it; then handing the keys to Trump lmao.
Or implement a No Fly Zone and fully commit NATO forces to air defense. See Putin squirm on what to do and how to react. Makes the Putin-Trump relationship tense. Trump backing down would be seen as weak. Putin wouldn’t retaliate because he wouldn’t risk losing his puppet.
Also goes for stories covering children, too.
As an aside, I always wondered if the opposite rings true in countries where the minority is white. Ethnocentrism?
I appreciate the insight. So if I’m understanding you correctly, the AfD while they’re picking up fringe support, hasn’t really been able to broaden its coalition and lacks the capacity to hijack the government, even from a position of plurality.
I’m curious how the overall public perception of immigration will be for Germans going forward, considering the assimilation of the Syrian refugees Merkel took in, Germany’s aging workforce, as well as the existing need to fill jobs like medicine. Are there polling data trends available on this?
Hmm…
Germany was one of a couple nations we’ve been considering immigrating to. My wife is an experienced RN, too.
My main concern is whether Germany will be able to brunt the far-right movement there or if it’s as inevitable as it was here in the US.

German be like that with verb kickers.
What am I going to do with the object!? Tellllll me!!
