It wouldn’t be so bad if i could just launch the app and type a query…

Is one of the options “because I fucking told you to”
It’s a jpeg
Then encoded in the metadata is a map of brightness.
If your website/app/phone doesn’t support it, the metadata just sits there with info about the lens, shutter speed etc.
If it does support it, the JPEG is automatically processed with the metadata to increase brightness in the original jpeg.
Kind of.
Mobile apps can suck a fart. I hate installing apps when the browser works perfectly fine.
SMS is way less secure but it is convenient for the masses to get your grandma easily using 2FA without any apps or more complex setup. It also doesn’t require internet like an app would.
I personally use Fido2/uauth > TOTP > Email > SMS.
Is it a downside? Just dont use it
I’ve done all but the launcher. The gestures became super choppy with another launcher (nova).
I have put a FF search bar above the Google one and I just ignore it.
I can change the browser search just as easily on a pixel. Just the default device search is always Google.
Nope. The pixel phones have a Google widget on the homescreen that cannot be removed.
I have a pixel and it would be those steps +
Open Google play, find a launcher, find a new search provider. Set new launcher as default, insert new search provider widget. Probably missed a few steps.
You can’t remove it on a pixel without changing launcher or root. It’s at the bottom. It’s not a widget
Pixel phones it’s harder:
Change fucking launcher… The google bar is always there, cannot be removed and it’s always google.
Why did they abuse?
They offer someone else the job
Interesting. Mine gets warm but never had anything throttle
Yep. I had a pixel 5. I got sucked in and bought a pixel 6 pro. It’s literally the same apart from the zoom looks better and the phone is bigger.
I did have modem issues with the 6Pro so I got the 7 Pro and the phone is the same apart from the odd change.
So for me going from a Pixel 5, I gained pretty much nothing, man I miss that phone.
Yeah it’s not abnormal at all, just a bit more than other phones i’ve had. And heat is just wasted energy. Overall love the phone
None specifically. Its just warm when browsing around, especially on 5G
I don’t have issues with the radios personally (I did on my Pixel 6)
Considering this also. Currently we’re all on my google one plan, however I want to move away.
Any tips?
