Yeah I have zero experience with atomic distros so I don’t feel like suggesting those, but I have seen good comments in this thread about those as well

Since tech illiterate people don’t really care what’s under the hood as long as it works, I would choose anything with Cinnamon desktop: Gnome is a little alien for newcomers, KDE and XFCE are far too easy to screw up if you don’t know what you’re doing.
If Mint doesn’t work well with you I would suggest either LMDE, stock Debian or the Fedora Cinnamon spin (in this order of priority)
What? I can finally sleep without sweating my balls off while mosquitoes turn me into an itchy Hellraiser character?
Well I already knew I wouldn’t manage to retire…
There is this new feature where writer crashes if you put on tabbed view
Rage comics remember me of a better time
Something something… Pikachu face… Something…
I’ve been using Quillpad for some time now. It’s kind of a “glorified markdown editor” (like Joplin) but stripped down to the only things I need: bullet lists for todo and grocery, quick notes, audio notes. Recently version 1.5 came out which allows to sync local files so it can now work with Syncthing and that made it an instant favourite for me
Debian is like retirement on a nice house in the countryside: it’s a predictable life of peace and comfort
Thanks, I didn’t know this site
If I had to identify a game that radically changed the public perception of videogames, that would probably be The Legend of Zelda.
It was one of the earliest examples of modern gaming, changing the game design from an “arcade” standard to something that was more suited for home consoles.
I had the Pixel buds too, the sound was excellent but after a couple years the wire plastic got all sticky and stiff so I had to throw them out
I got a pair of KZ ZSN ProX that have a removable cable you can swap easily with a USB-C one. I had them for 4 years now and they’re really durable: for the price (about 20$) the sound is insanely good and if you spend the extra 10$ for the cable you can plug them wherever you want.
Best purchase ever
I feel unhappy
That’s because every task is just as important as the others and I don’t want unfinished ones to feel bad…
Is anyone working at a FOSS and federated alternative to pornhub?
As a concept it’s something I find really cool but as of now I think something like PeerTube is better if you have to self host and easier to be moderated by a community
No waaaay…
