One of the things it asks permission for when hooking up Bluetooth etc is “call history”, “contacts” or “text messages”
I’d assume the system needs those to read it messages or call/redial. It wouldn’t need OCR to do other things with that data

I can’t recall if I limited to Google’s IP’s or not actually. Just that I wanted to prevent their devices from ignoring the DHCP provided hosts
I setup a NAT rule that redirects anything going to the Google DNS IP’s send sends it to my own DNS server.
LoL. Yeah I’ve got a ton and I’ve never actually launched a single one
Does this mean gay sex between serving members or include while on any sort of leave etc.
Between members makes sense (but should apply to sex in general)
And? If I blow up somebody’s house and family with a $1,000,000 missile while they blow up mine with $150 worth of explosives, does that make one side more right?
No, both side are cooking in hatred. The bigger question isn’t “who has the better ability to kill the other side” but rather “who has the better ability to break the cycle, and what can they do towards such means”
Yeah the ones doing the oppression are those most likely to resort to violence
We kinda do though, we just don’t often see them as having magnets but most electric motors work on principles of magnetism.
I’ve picked up a ton of their free games. I’ve yet to actually install their client and actually play one
You need those immigrants to work the low wages you won’t
Or, to put it another way: shitty corps and their govt lackeys need those pliable immigrants to work for the underpaid and abusive jobs that Canadians won’t, rather than fixing the pay and working conditions
Indian with it’s assassins and cult government…
I’ve had windows do this to me randomly before, especially if it’s an interface that comes up a bit late. Be careful that it doesn’t change back on you
Yeah, I get that Bedrock is for consoles, but as far as far as “performance” that’s mostly a front-end consideration.
I just wish that there was a level of compatibility where one could still self-host and allow the console etc players to join
What’s getting destroyed? You wouldn’t be able to login to the server but the data would still be there. Transfer the account (or make a new one) and the data’s still there as well.
I’m more annoyed that Microsoft split off Java Edition and Bedrock into two pieces of incompatible software, but I’m honestly surprised they’ve supported the old auth services for this long.
Thank you for this. The .CN TLD is China, for anyone who was confused for a moment
Have you ever used PFSense? How do you find it compares to Opnsense, and - for anyone with experience - how hard would it be to migrate from one to the other these days?
GL-Inet AX1800
OpenWRT, accessible via the advanced (LUCI) interface. You can define a bunch of SSID’s including guest networks and/or bind them to VLAN’s
I’ve tried to deal with several vendors regarding abusive domains and it’s pretty terrible in general. Everything is a webform with a generic responder - if any at all - and then weeks or months or nothing. Even domains impersonating proper commercial entities.

A lot of companies seem to pull this shit. Went to buy a product from ba Canadian company (in Canada) on their website. Prices were in dollars but no mention of CAD or USD. I used PayPal as the last step so thankfully it told me it’d be converting currency, at which point I cancelled. If I’d tried to pay by card to directly I would likely just have been charged with no idea of the currency difference until later
