All of Microsoft’s games are also on PC and even Sony has been putting many of their games there a year later. Nintendo’s the only one left that locks all of them to their console forever.

Your storage drive will thank you.
Thankfully, they’re not the ones who develop Doom. They can publish it all they want as long as they stay the hell away from the actual games.
Shattered Space is one of the Bethesda DLCs of all time.
Honestly, if anyone actually has high expectations for ES6 at this point, it’s totally on them.
So Tears of the Kingdom was AAAA?
Nintendo’s games are still usually very good, even though their business practices suck ass.
You’re not. I pirated it on release and was very glad I didn’t buy it.
Judging by how Starfield turned out, will missing either of those games (which are almost certainly going to be using the same incredibly outdated engine) be much of a loss?
Which was exclusive to…Microsoft! Full circle.
All of the bad stuff, none of the cool stuff.
It was, but they’re just making a point unrelated to the specific Mario game depicted.
It’s interesting how much technology has slowed down. Back in the 80s and 90s a 5 year old game looked horribly outdated. Now we’re getting close to some 20 year old games still looking pretty decent.
I don’t even use emulators for Switch because mine is hacked, but I felt the need to get the last Yuzu and Ryujinx on principle.
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear “English has flaws” is the spelling. Consequence of being a mongrel language.
I also think it’s weird that we say the adjective before the noun, as opposed to, say, Spanish where it’s the other way around and you say what the thing is BEFORE describing it. “The white…” “The white what? THE WHITE WHAT??” “…wall.” “Oh, okay.”
You called it, absolutely the manor/castle. I’d forgotten these until seeing this now.
Only one of the Georgias has a president just for them.
Yeah, now that both of the main emulators have been shut down, it will be interesting to see how well people can run future high profile Switch games on PC. Mario & Luigi Brothership and Metroid Prime 4 come to mind.
The engine really isn’t suited for the kind of game Starfield wants to be, so it really works against it. But you’re right, even if it were a new shiny engine with the same writing and characters, it would still suck. Likewise, if it had the same creaky engine but actual good stories and characters the constant loading would be easier to overlook. It just has the worst of both worlds.
