Started with Mint, next tried Ubuntu and I just stuck with it for now. It’s a polished experience although sometimes snaps issues show up, so I’ve been considering switching to either PopOS 24.04 when it comes out or trying out Nix.

Read somewhere it’s mostly due to not enough sunlight exposure as kids. The eyes can sense out how much to grow thanks to sunlight, however in the absence of it it causes myopia.

Honestly voting now is to little too late. The Overton window isn’t anywhere near the point of allowing actually meaningful change and the 4-5 year cycle of voting is too slow. If we really want to solve anything, the change should be systemic. Still, voting is important.
