This reads to me like a very heavily christian-biased thing. The christian bible says the original devil in the world took the shape of a snake (representing lust) that led eve to eat the forbidden fruit, and then they were kicked out of paradise.
What you’re forgetting is that lust is a part of the natural world that was already there before god existed. The christian bible says sth along the lines of “the world was created 6000 years ago” and what it really means is that humanity or the human spirit was created 6000 years ago with the rise of the first civilizations and empires.
But the natural world did already exist way before that (nature is billions of years old), and lust was a natural and essential part of that. It is not so much that lust is a “mistake of god’s creation” and kinda “sneaked in” or something, rather, god declared lust - which was already present - a sin, and by doing so, they tipped the natural balance of things. Maybe that is a thing to consider. It is not so much that lust is an invader and offender in the world, rather it is the human spirit that tipped the balance and therefore caused a millenia-old war against the serpent. And that has something to do with what you’re saying, even though you’re packing the arguments into very modern language.
I forget nothing, it is natural and that is why I am arguing against overindulgences and not the basic principle. Then again you can only see materiality in the context of god because your inner self is so small.

Let me make the example clear. Sugar is good for you, it is the most easily bio-available form of food for your cell. Protein needs energy to digest and fat is not soluble alone nor immediately usable. So it is a great thing, it even feeds your gut biome!
Now how can it bdcome bad? Over indulgence. Sugar causes a dopamine hit, kids bored at home regularly snack and eat a lot. If not some countries (you know the one) add sugar to their breads, peanut butter, and almost anything else. Why? Addictive and makes it taste better, it’s why medicines go down easier with a spoon of sugar or however the saying goes. Well, this bombardment of sugar overfloods your dopamine receptors, raising the levels of dopamine they need to actually trigger joyous feelings.
It is inherently harder to feel happy, not a good thing. Even though sugar is a good thing.
Sex is fine, lust is fine, it is the overindulgence and ineptitude that is wrong with incel culture. They are gooners who blame others and take no responsibility nor do in moderation. They feel only rage.
Explaining this made me realize it also feeds into that cycle, as it is a big factor. I would jork my shit until I was shooting dust and aching, but kept going. I was massively overweight and had diabetes, both kinds. I was killing my pancreas and building a resistance to insulin. Why does it feed into it? sexuality and desire are the juices that make the world go round. in other words, people are attracted to one another and that is why we have a coherent society instead of a bunch of isolated people.
people want to impress one another (because they’re attracted to one another) and that is why they develop arts and culture. in other words, all art is sublimate sexuality. and knowledge is distilled art, so sexuality is indirectly the driving force for humanity’s progress, i argue.
This can be clearly observed with AI image generation tools. Free AI tools (with open weights), which is arguably important to have (because otherwise all tools would be corporate-owned, and that’s not so good for the people) were largely developed by people who generated big-titty-girls with it. Sexuality drives human progress :)
One of your parts in an earlier comment was that people choose 4chan/hypersexualized video games instead of meeting real people, to which i say: let the gooners have their self-chosen prison. it is better for all of us. imagine if they went out into the real world and actually interacted with people, i think they would annoy a lot. it’s better this way :)
Oh I agree completely, it’s how I got into drawing as a kid. It’s why I am so passionate about this, I do not want the world that I currently know to change. I have my lust in one and my love in the same, life is well and it is decaying far before I became aware. Now I make up for lost time.
I even wrote a poem for my kids about how intertwined the birds and the bees are with the self. Sex is natural but it can become corrupted. That is why it annoys me for blaming one thing, these people can only get defensive as their ego is larger than their reading comprehension. I blame not sex, I blame the culture.
I mentioned 4chan because I noticed trends in thread behaviors and topics on /gif/ their porn subreddit from around 2014 to now. The site known for overflowing gay/trans, cuck and blacked threads suddenly has a huge bias towards white male superiority. This was always true in discussions but it massively shifted the titles to being very conformative. I see it as a tool being used to get people emotional. Before 2024 it was genuinely nothing but threads focusing on black male superiority and cuckolding.
These trends suggest to me a way of creating biases internally. Make someone angry at a certain demographic without really doing anything but changing their porn feeds. Since it’s basically the uncensored tiktok. They gave them an easy ethnic group to blame for the cuck/blacked/lgbt threads, the same rhetoric used in ww2. (Not to say I support any of their current actions in the strip) I can at least admit that it made me have preconceived notions and fear, created a huge distrust issue. This is why I think the fappening and pepe news were more just publicity for the site and then activation respectively. Call someone racist when theyre not and they might give up on trying to not be. People get whittled down and beat, it becomes easier to succumb to bad ideology because it is inherently reductive and simpler.
Yeah them being gooners is not an issue, but it’s the lack of voting and devolution that becomes an issue. For me I found that porn will eventually bore and you will seek new extremes within it, it’s how the same guys on 4chan constantly share stories about craving dick and then regretting it. So as they devolve they can channel their hate and blame. One of the easiest ways is to vote against those they hate, not realizing they vote against themselves too. Vote for their benefit and it is your benefit. However, they can only see what they lack and not what they have to lose. to summarize my response: it’s good that whatever you did helped you, but i suspect that your method of approaching life cannot simply be generalized to other people, i.e. it wouldn’t work that way if other people tried the same thing.

I mean most of this came from my own interests rather than actual scripture. It just clicks in my head because it seems obvious. What doesn’t apply is my assumption that others can understand simplicity, hence why my responses are in depth.
Fasting is done routinely as a dopamine reset and allows you to realign your interests agnostic of chemical influence. Driven by sheer self. This is in islam, variances of these fasts exists in all religions as you give up indulgences to remember your humanity and not your wants.
