Also I, as a citizen, am not making anything illegal. I’m taking great care to separate country, government and citizen which you should really consider doing as well.
Governments makes things illegal. An often times a specific branch there of. Generally not citizens themselves with very odd exceptions like parts of Switzerland and such.
