It’s time for the annual “look how much weight I gained over the holidays 😞”, and New Year’s resolution to lose weight. Does anyone use a food and exercise tracker app on their Android device? How is your experience with it?
I use Samsung Health. It comes with my watch (and it’s free on phones) and tracks calories, steps, exercises, and all sorts of things from the watch. It’s cool because it can suggest exercises, track them, and keep track of food. It’s all free so it has that going for it!
