I’ve been printing for a few years and finally live close enough to ERRF to attend. I’ve never been and was hoping anyone had any advice. What should I do while there? Any tips on hotel or food in the area? If I see a YouTuber, how should I tell them I like their stuff without coming off as a nutjob? (Sorry this double posted. I accidentally hid my own post with the “Show read posts” unchecked. I’m new here.)

As long as you aren’t interrupting them filming or setting up an interview with someone. A quick “thanks for your channel, I love your xxxx” whatever you like about it. And let them engage from there if they want/have time to chat.
They are there on channel business so will be expecting fans, but also have content to make.
