In a video conference with Alexey Smirnov, the acting governor of Kursk Oblast, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that it would a be one-time payment to "citizens who need it." He added that "other damage will also need to be assessed."
That is fair. I’m just disappointed with the amount of people who buy the government propaganda, but that’s not a specifically russian problem.
Although when the government starts killing their neighbours justifying it “because they’re gay nazis” - that’s probably when the slightest bit of critical thinking should tell them that there’s something wrong with the government and not their neighbours.
Disappearances will continue for as long as the state is enabled to do whatever. It would be very foolish to feel secure only because of staying silent. But to realise that would as well require some critical thinking.
