Maybe you want a Pomodoro timer? There should be a bunch of opensource apps for that if you search “Pomodoro” on F-Droid.

I think Break.Down.Timer is the only Pomodoro timer on F-Droid (or atleast the official repo)

Oh, you’re right but some of them are up to ten years old. So they will look odd in best case.
