After the last updates the apps started lagging lagging like hell, is there any frontend app? (Preferably Foss)

I’d love to have the sheet music for the piano in Godsmack’s Growing Old. Unfortunately the track is mixed very well, and it’s hard to pick out in a few spots, even to my well trained ear.
