It absolutely is, you can partially tear down even a load bearing wall but it’s expensive, difficult, and should have been avoided from the start.
Kind of like building a whole infrastructure on spaghetti code.

Sync has been very user friendly for me, and the closest I felt to RiF
It could be counted as IP infringement, corporate espionage, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trademark abuse, and I’m sure various other things an actual lawyer would know.
I hate large companies and corporations, I think Nintendo is extremely horrible with a lot of their practices, especially regarding abandonware, archiving, and emulation, but when someone commits various crimes, especially unapologetically and without a just cause, they’re still a criminal.
This is a case of a selfish prick of a man being a criminal against a selfish prick of a company.
Edit: oh and of course, piracy. (Sail the seas fellas, just not in plain view)
3300 hours on Destiny. I love the game, I’ve made long friendships through it, it’s not perfect, but it brings me joy.

Mmm, love me some DP, especially from my blower.
It’s gas powered.
I didn’t disagree, I pointed out that you’re approaching this with contempt rather than empathy.
You’re right, but you’re not showing the world you’re right, you’re just showing the world you’re mean.
Cigarettes, Alcohol, Gambling, Porn, Birdwatching, Hiking, Video Games, Blogging, Youtubing, Racing…
Absolutely all of these things can be enjoyed, abused, and everything in between. All of them can lead to problems and/or can be part of a fulfilling and happy life.
You are approaching this with “She’s sick and she did this, disgusting” rather than “she’s sick and this is a symptom of that, what a shame”
Unless you are this harsh to people who have problems with the other things I mentioned and more, then you should evaluate why this specifically bothers you, it may speak to a preconception you have from a place of privilege.
CDPR also saw no place for a crunch culture in game development… Until they did
Yeah, I realized my goof after I commented
There was a period of about 2 years where every single one of my friends played Destiny religiously. Every day I could log on and just have 2 friends ready to run strikes or get a ragtag team of 6 and run raids (yes, plural).)
15 to 20 members in the clan, just loving this flawed game, having laughs, bantering, even getting deep and serious about relationships, politics, religion, and more.
Even the fights that meant we kicked out 2 racist pieces of garbage from the clan are such precious memories to me.
We have lives now, partners and jobs. I still play, but I raid with strangers or not at all. Sometimes we log on and do an old activity together or run trials, we laugh and have fun, bit never again will we be carefree, and whimsical.
