Police briefly closed down a Portland gold course and asked residents to say inside in search of suspect, identified as 42-year-old Loony John Franklin Toon.
“Officers have not found the suspect, who Milwaukie police identified as 42-year-old Loony John Franklin Toon of Portland.”
He didn’t have time to paint a tunnel on the side of a wall that only he could pass through, otherwise he would have gotten away.
