Yeah, and according to those mean kids on Xbox Live, it’s me.
But aaalso somehow… your mama.
Yes. And it sadly isnt me
More importantly does that mean people can be ordered by that and can we construct a binary search tree to find anyone with a specific value of gay within O(log_2(n)) time?
If and only if you can define “gay” on a one dimensional axis, otherwise it would be like plotting points on an N-dimensional graph, I’m pretty sure “gay” is a multiple dimensions thing.
So sadly we wont be getting a
tree: BinaryTree<Person> = BinaryTree::new_sorted_by(order_gayest);
anytime soon 😒
Surely you’d need a non-binary tree?
Bruh i wish, 2-3 trees or anything of the sort probably won’t help us 😔
✨ The Forest of Gay ✨
There is at least a time component to consider, as you might feel gayer some days than others. It likely also depends on your company, that is, if you are around a lot of hot men who are open to the idea of gay relations but not many hot women interested in you, you might feel gayer than if it were the other way around. So by sorting the population you would skew the amount of gay in a population by grouping gay people around gayer people and not as gay people with the even less gay.
Yes, but also, how do we consider aro/ace people, or people who are one but not the other, or gender non-conforming people, or people, or people who are a mix, this is an N-dimensional problem
Yeah, and it’s almost certainly some Baptist prosperity gospel preacher with nineteen children.
Yes, probably my wife.
Yes, me
I could beat you in a gay-off most any day of the week
Gay-off!
…It’s a gay-off.
Could you beat me off in a gay off?
Bullshit, it’s me.
Only one way to settle this: A GAY-OFF!
OK, go whats your favorite off broadway musical?
I’m not gay, let alone gay enough to know which musicals are and aren’t Broadway. I’ve seen quite a few musicals elsewhere, though, so I can be on the panel.
Well damn, I was hoping to get some fun new suggestions. Anyway my favorite is Hedwig and the angry inch
Nope, it’s me and I bet you can’t prove me wrong.
You’re all wrong. Everyone is straight on the Freddy Mercury gay scale.
yall need log scaling
And he wasn’t even gay! Yas Queen! (he was bi)
It does mean that, yeah.
I’m the straightest person. I don’t have a gender, and I’m attracted to all genders. ‘all’ and ‘none’ are by far more opposite each other *than any two specific sexes or genders could ever be.
Oh snap, you’re me.
As an agendered pansexual, the wildest thing to me about the trans/cis divide is actually feeling that strongly about having a preferred gender. I simply can’t fathom caring hard enough to put up a fight about it. I default to “female” because I was AFAB, but if someone calls me by a different pronoun, it’s whatever to me.
Now let me be clear - just because I don’t feel gender for myself, doesn’t mean I can’t respect and support those who do feel strongly about their genders.
Bonus mini-rant
I wish I didn’t have to make an announcement pointing that out. Something changed in the past decade or so, whereby if someone simply states a non-standard experience or quality about themselves, people now assume that they must be “against” the standard experience/quality. It’s frustrating and unconductive to conversation when people assume every comment must be a prelude to an argument. There used to be an assumption that people were conversing in good faith, but lately there’s been a shift. To agree with those different from you is no longer treated as the default, and I find that very troubling.
And as a reference to this comment, this post was fueled by unmedicated ADHD, autism, and cannabis (and a bit of frustration, since I accidentally closed the window after the first time I wrote it, so I had to write it twice.)
I think “agendered” is the best description for me as well and I share your perspective. AMAB and kinda lazy so dude stuff is the default but I can’t internalize the idea of gender dys/euphoria. (Body dysphoria makes sense to me, it seems to me like an entirely different thing than gender presentation which has a huge spectrum and varies wildly across cultures)
I feel like, if you can read this, you might be having a stroke… lol
Nah I’m just full of ADHD meds, nicotine and caffeine
Oh, I didnt mean you. I mean all of us lol.
Gotcha! Kinda wanted to justify what fuelled that mess of a sentence haha
It was a good sentence. Ow my brain /lmao
Sigh… yes. We’ve already been over this guys.
Frankie Grande is the gayest person. Freddie Mercury is the most bi person. Sabrina Carpenter is the straightest person.
Yeah, but hes the gayest in the way that kids used to say it in the 00s…
🤷♂️ gayest is gayest idk man
Not necessarily, there could just be a hard limit that multiple people hit. They’re gayness is pegged, if you will. 😏
If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them…maybe you can hire The Gay-Team.
Does the big burly black man still need to be drugged to fly?
No need. The Gay-Team takes the train. Choo chooooo!
I’m sure they take trains, but how do they get to places?
They just don’t call it ‘Taking the Train’, they call it ‘Getting Railed’.
Phrasing
It’s more that each person will have a moment in their life when they are at their gayest
And it goes up and down at a certain gaydence.
gaydance
Gay, gay Rasputin, lover of the Russian king
But that doesn’t change the fact that every moment there’ll exist someone who is the gayest, it’s just the same person may not hold that status for a very long time.
Oh dang, so you’re saying I was the gayest person on earth once, but because it happened in my sleep, I never noticed? That explains those dreams.
Not necessarily. You might never be the gayest person on Earth (at one given moment), but there was (or will be) the gayest moment you ever were.
My dreams, broken :sob:
I said not necessarily, not that its impossible. Strive for gayness and ye shall be the gayest, albeit for a fleeting moment.
So entire human sexuality can be described as being between two people at each ends.
a kind of worldwide spitroast
Once you get to the elite ranks there will always be disagreement on how to score the parameters of ultimate gayness
Much like IQ, once you’re more than 2 standard deviations from the mean, there’s no statistically meaningful way to measure additional queerness.
And the competition is fierce!
