They want to diagnose women who take Tylenol while pregnant with TDS. Previously RFK Jr said he wanted to put people with mental illness - which he claims TDS is - in camps.

They want to build camps of pregnant liberal women. Do you think they will let them keep their babies? I doubt it.

I know a lot of folks are against circumcision, but my old boss was 78 and had to be circumcized cuz the sheath lost its elasticity and he couldn’t pee and yea that’s an old person issue but man. I’m just glad they did it when I was too young to remember. He was not a happy camper

As far as I know, people are against forced circumcision. It boils down to mutilating someone, usually a kid, preemptively for… reasons. I don’t think anyone care about medically mandated procedure.

Nah, their patent on acetominaphen is expired, so they have little real interest in defending it today. Slap another brand on their various meds that don’t contain it, and call it a day.

I agree they have grounds, but I was approaching it from the angle of if they would bother, or need to for that matter.

Trump is as friendly with big pharma and the big corpbrations as any politician - behind closed doors he’ll likely say or do anything to keep them happy, and they know it. Their lawyers may contact his lawyers, but we’ll likely never hear of it unless both sides decide to leverage legal/political theater to their mutual benefit somehow, at the taxpayers/consumers’ expense.

People who believe the administration and drop Tylenol for Motrin, Kenvue is happy either way.

Also they continue to own the brand that is demonized by the administration that some people will stick with precisely because this administration demonized it.

Also reap a bump of people stockpiling because they think the government might take it away.

This wouldn’t be “defending it” like a copyright claim. This would be suing for damages. It doesn’t matter how much they care about the brand. They’d sue to get money based on a loss of potential sales (future and present) and any other harm done.

I could see them not wanting to rock the boat, but I don’t think it’s a smart play. They’ll go down either way if the Fascists want, and they clearly don’t care about them enough to not damage them.

You get sued out of existence for damages.

This case? The supreme court made the president untouchable as long as it can be claimed as an official act, and he said it during a white house press conference so it will be deemed an official act.

So after their entire legal department quit rather than be associated with a case against the supreme leader, they’d find an ambulance chaser to file the lawsuit and trump would look at them like south African diplomat from leathal weapon 2 and say “presidential immunity” then the FDA and CDC would launch health and safety inspections and the IRS would audit the company and every employee from the CEO to the janitor in Booger Hole, WV.

I mean I’m all for ending circumcision, but being a fellow acetaminophen-american, I can certainly say it does not appear to be a factor for me being that I’m not cut.

It seems very strange that lacking foreskin would have a relationship to executive functioning in the brain, but I’m not an expert like they claim to be.

You have been found in violation of the following political pre-crime:

      • Applying logic, reason, and/or critical thought to a claim made by god-emperor Trump.

Your online activity is under review by the Defense Information Coalition to Keep Bitcoin Under Tactical Trade (DICKBUTT) agency. A recommendation will be provided shortly by Grok regarding the severity/lethality of action that will be taken against you. Please stand by for a final decision.

You may mitigate these charges by committing to a monthly one thousand ($1,000) dollar donation to the Trump campaign or affiliated parties to include Vladimir Putin, Benjamin Netanyahu, Kim Jong Un, or any local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan, Proud Boys, or Fox News.

Smaller infractions may be rectified by meeting a daily quota of telling slurs to minorities in person, over the phone, or on your preferred online social media platform.

      Thank you for your cooperation,

      In Jesus’ name, amen.

To give some perspective on why this is the case from an American, it isn’t that a bunch of parents are asking / going out of their way to get this done, it’s that the doctors almost always offer it with the justification that it’s a preventative measure against infections, and the parents generally don’t question it due to how commonplace it is already. The cultural reasons that started this haven’t been popular for decades and it’s only the medical establishment that’s keeping this going.

That figure absolutely staggers me. The fact that it’s so commonplace to irreversibly mutilate the genitals of a baby that has no capacity to consent to such a lifelong alteration really says something. Conservatives being up-in-arms about trans kids taking hormone blockers to prevent puberty but not about taking a scalpel to babies’ penises would be genuinely baffling if I didn’t already expect that without double standards, they’d have no standards.

Yep. Blew my mind when I learned about it, too. Unfortunately it’s not unusual or even difficult for these people to hold two completely incompatible opinions at the same time. I should add that female genital mutilation is not commonplace in the US. It doesn’t make it better, just less horrible.

Back in the 70s-80s many Christian Americans were circumcised because it was thought to be cleaner. Doctors would often just do it once the baby was born with little to no input from parents.
